And, oh how real they are. I understand about writing things down! Life is so busy and what a great way to record the joys and challenges of your life. I hear what you are saying about grief and such is it's nature. Grief is a strange animal---you think you might have it in check(as we so like to do) and all of a sudden, you are ambushed by it. Maybe it's a word, a place, a smell, a memory. Boom, out of nowhere, there it is. It is so necessary and Sooooo honorable to God to grieve appropriately and grieve well when we lose something or someone so precious to us.
